QUALITY MATTERS TO YOU. SO IT MATTERS TO US.

Quality means more than the flashest gear. Patchell quality means rugged, reliable and easy to use
We’re dedicated to the very best
When you invest in new equipment, you expect it to do the business for you. We do too. We pride ourselves on building equipment that keeps on going when other gear has given up. Here’s how we do it.

QUALITY PEOPLE
Keeping it all in-house
We keep everything in-house so that we know quality is built in at every step. Having in-house Certifying Engineers means they can be involved in any design decision throughout the process. It also means that if the specs change, we can respond quickly, making it easy to custom-build to suit any special needs you have. Keeping everything in the Patchell family not only maintains quality, it also speeds up the build process and ensures everything is compliant and ready for work as soon as possible.

QUALITY MATERIALS
Reliability and durability
We use only the highest-quality materials in the equipment we build. Our relationship with our suppliers, such as Tates, Transpecs, BPW, Vulcan, Real Steel, Firestone and Bridgestone, gets us the best materials at the best rates - meaning you pay less for the best.

QUALITY MACHINERY
It takes the best gear to build the best gear.
By using the very best equipment, we know our builds are not only the best they can be; they're also more efficient and safer for our people. So you’ll see automated CNC machines and robots in our workshops. In fact, we were the first company in New Zealand to have a dual-station robotic chassis welder. When you match the best in precision tech with the best people, you get the best results.

A commitment to training
Improvement is built into Patchell culture. At least 10% of our team are apprentices and the Secondary School Academy helps to ensure the Patchell reputation continues long into the future.
