OUR HISTORY
How Swinglift and Patchell joined forces
Swinglifts were first introduced to Australasia in 1968, and the first road legal 20’ truck-mounted Swinglift hit the road in May 1976. Patchell got the IP for Swinglift in 2005, where it now sits within the Patchell Group, reflecting decades of local engineering know-how and continuous improvement in heavy transport equipment. The same team that designs and manufactures Patchell trailers and forestry gear also supports Swinglift – ensuring parts, service and custom solutions aren’t far away.
